Health Hazards: (Acute and Chronic): Avoid breathing fumes, contains elemental copper. Ingestion may cause acute copper toxicity.
Signs and Symptoms of Exposure: Allergic conditions may occur and skin irritation. Avoid prolonged body contact (use protective clothing).
Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure: Sulfuric Allergic conditions my occur.
Emergency & First Aid Procedure: Treat as a Sulfur Base reaction with fresh water.
Eyes: Hold eyes open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
Skin or clothing: Take off clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. Have product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor or going for treatment.

Ingestion: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have the person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so. By a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Inhalation: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.
Effects of Overexposure: Contact with liquid, mist or vapor can cause immediate irritation or corrosive burns to all human tissue. Severity of the burn is generally determined by the concentration of the solution and duration of exposure. Contact with eyes may result in permanent visual loss, unless removed quickly by thorough irrigation with water. Inhalation of concentrated vapor or mist will damage upper respiratory tract and lung tissue. Swallowing may be fatal. Repeated exposure may cause chronic bronchitis or respiratory inflammation. Repeated skin contact with dilute solutions may cause dermatitis.
SECTION VI: Precautions for Safe Handling , Storage, and Disposal.
This product is corrosive to cotton fabrics. Do not allow clothing to come in contact with concentrate or dilution. Application, handling, or storage equipment MUST consist of fiberglass, PVC’s polypropylenes, viton, most plastics, or stainless steel. Never use mild steel, nylon, brass, or copper around full strength BRC 260. Wash spray equipment each after application.
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.
Storage: BRC 260 is a concentrate and must be stored in its original container or handled and stored as outlined above (please see "APPLICATION AND HANDLING"). Do not allow BRC 260 to freeze, freezing may cause product separation. Seller makes no warranty for performance of the product that has been frozen. Keep container closed when not in use. In case of a spill, neutralize with limestone or baking soda before disposal. May deteriorate concrete.
Pesticide Disposal:
Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is violation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency or Hazardous Waste Representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for Guidance.Container Disposal:
Triple rinse all containers prior to disposal and then offer for recycling, puncture and dispose of in an approved manner, or dispose by incineration if allowed by local and state authorities. If disposal is by incineration, stay out of smoke.

Special Precautions/Procedures/Label Instructions: Wear clean clothes daily. If clothing becomes contaminated, clean clothing should be obtained immediately. Workers exposed to chemicals should avoid leather shoes and gloves, as they can become impregnated with the material.
