Forestry

When you think surfactants, spray adjuvants, basal carriers, Brewer International was there first. Beginning with the "original" Cide kick used with foliar herbicides and diesel for basal bark penetration. Then combining Cide kick with basal oil in JLB oil plus and Improved oil plus. Brewer was first with these forestry adjuvants.

Today, in addition to the above products, Brewer is working closely with its distributors to have a wide range of choices for adjuvants for the forestry markets: site prep, herbaceous weed control, release, foliar, basal bark and dormant. Brewer has the choices in nonionics, oil surfactants, and organosilicones. Brewer’s adjuvants play a role improving herbicide performance.

SITE PREPARATION

Before planting a tract of land it is necessary to prepare it by controlling competing species of plants with the right herbicide-adjuvant combination.

HERBACEOUS WEED CONTROL

From the time a tract is planted, until the pine plantation on it has reached 2 years, grasses and weeds must be controlled with the right herbicide-adjuvant combination.

PINE RELEASE

Releasing pine stands from hardwood competition yields better growth. The right combination of a release herbicide-adjuvant makes this possible.
